1. SUBMIT ITEM DETAILS
Send photos and complete details of your item (s) via Viber or WhatsApp at +639063250520.
Please include:
- Brand, Style, and Model Name
- Condition (Brand New or Pre-owned)
- Detailed Item Condition
- Purchase History (when and where purchased)
- Inclusions (e.g., box, dust bag, receipt)
- Asking Price
2. RECEIVE APPROVAL & VALUATION
Our team will review your submission to assess authenticity, condition, and market demand. Once approved, we will provide a recommended selling price and consignment terms for your confirmation.
3. COMPLETE THE CONSIGNMENT FORM
After accepting the quotation, you will be asked to review the Consignment Terms and Conditions and fill in the Consignment form below. This ensures all item details, pricing, and terms are properly documented and agreed upon.
4. SHIP YOUR ITEM (S)
Carefully pack and ship your item (s) to our showroom. Shipping instructions will be provided. Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
5. WAIT FOR ITEM AUTHENTICATION
Upon arrival, your item will undergo a thorough authentication and quality check by our experts to ensure it meets our standards before listing.
6. WE SELL IT FOR YOU
Your item will be photographed and listed on our social media platform and on our website for 30 days. We handle marketing, inquiries, and negotiations to secure the best possible sale.
7. GET PAID
Once your item is sold, payment will be processed and sent to you based on the agreed terms. Sit back and relax. We will take care of everything from start to finish.
CONSIGNMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Authentication
To guarantee that every item is 100% authentic, all consigned pieces undergo mandatory authentication and verification.
Authentication Fees (non-refundable, payable upfront)
• PHP 1,800 – Entrupy (standard items)
• PHP 1,000– LegitGrails (footwear or already-authenticated items)
• PHP 1,800 – LegitGrails (premium brands like Chanel & Hermès)
Item Condition Disclosure
All items must be in good condition suitable for resale. The condition of each item must be fully disclosed prior to consignment.
Items that do not meet quality standards may be declined at our discretion.
Pricing Agreement
The selling price will be mutually agreed upon before listing and will be based on:
- Current market value
- Item condition
- Inclusions
Payment Terms
Payment will be issued within 1-7 banking days after the item is sold and payment has been received from the buyer.
Payments will be made via the agreed method (e.g., bank transfer).
Consignment Period
Each item will be listed for a period of 60 days.
Extensions or adjustments may be arranged subject to mutual agreement, in order to optimize selling potential.
Storage & Care
We handle all consigned items with the utmost care.
However, we recommend clients secure their own insurance for added protection against unforeseen events (e.g., theft, fire, natural disasters).
Consignment Withdrawal
In the event of item withdrawal during the active consignment period, a PHP 2,000 pull-out fee will apply.
This fee covers handling, marketing, and listing expenses already incurred.
