Our team will review your request and assess market availability, current demand, and potential sourcing options. 3. RECEIVE QUOTATION
Once suitable options are identified, we will provide a quotation that includes:
- Estimated Purchase Price
- Sourcing Fee (if applicable)
- Shipping Costs
- Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Payment Terms
4. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
After reviewing and accepting the quotation, you will be asked to confirm your order and complete any necessary sourcing agreement forms. This ensures all specifications, pricing, and terms are clearly documented.
5. SECURE THE ITEM
Upon confirmation, our team will begin sourcing your requested item through our trusted network of suppliers, boutiques, and partners.
6. AUTHENTICATION & VERIFICATION
Before shipment, the item will undergo a thorough authentication and quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards and matches the agreed specifications.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once verified, your item will be carefully packed and shipped to your preferred address. Tracking information will be provided as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
8. RECEIVE YOUR BAG
Sit back and relax while we handle the entire sourcing process. Your carefully sourced luxury bag will be delivered directly to you, complete with any available inclusions and documentation.
SOURCING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sale and transfer of ownership
The Seller agrees to sell and transfer the ownership of the item(s) to the Buyer upon full payment.
All sales are considered final, except as outlined in the authenticity clause.
Authenticity Warranty
The Seller guarantees that all items are 100% authentic.
The Buyer reserves the right to:
- Conduct professional authentication
- Use third-party authentication services
If an item is found to be counterfeit:
- The sale is void
- The Seller must issue a full refund
- The Seller is responsible for authentication and associated costs
Condition Disclosure
The Seller must accurately disclose:
- Signs of wear
- Damage or defects
- Repairs or alterations
- Odors or discoloration
Failure to disclose may result in:
- Price adjustments
- Return of the item
- Cancellation of the transaction
Consignment & Fees
A commission fee of ___% will be deducted from the final selling price.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Authentication services
- Cleaning or restoration (if required and agreed)
The remaining balance will be paid to the Consignor.
Consignment Period
The consignment period will last for 14 days from the listing date.
If the item remains unsold after this period:
- The Consignor may retrieve the item, or
- Agree to extend the consignment period
Payment Terms
Payment will be issued within 7 days after the item is sold and payment has been received from the buyer.
Payments will be made via the agreed method (e.g., bank transfer).
Storage & Care
The Consignee agrees to take reasonable care of all consigned items.
However, the Consignee is not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Unforeseeable events (e.g., theft, fire, natural disasters)
Marketing & Sales
The Consignee has the right to:
- Photograph and market the item
- List it on online platforms, social media, or in-store
Unsold Items
After the consignment period:
- Items must be collected within 30 days
- Storage fees may apply for uncollected items
